Shipping policy

⏱ Processing Time We usually get orders ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Custom items or large LED screens may take a bit longer — typically 5–7 business days(Please refer to the product page for your order processing time). Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Almost all orders will be shipped by express door-to-door delivery. For large LED billboards or bulk orders, just reach out, and we'll figure out the best shipping option together.

💵 Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and method. Some small items like LED collars ship free, and free shipping is also available on qualifying bulk orders.

📦 Where We Ship From We have warehouses in the US, EU, and UK for faster delivery on in-stock items. Custom or out-of-stock orders ship from our China warehouse. Either way, you'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

We ship to most countries. The regions we currently can't service: Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna, and Micronesia.

🛃 Customs & Duties Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are the customer's responsibility — we're not able to cover customs fees on your behalf. Except that the shipping destination is the USA.

📬 P.O. Boxes Postal service deliveries can go to P.O. boxes. Express delivery cannot.

📦 Packaging We take packaging seriously. LED signs are packed with shock-resistant materials and heavy-duty boxes — wooden cases or flight cases for larger items — so your order arrives securely.

🔍 Tracking Your Order: Tracking info is usually live within 48 hours of shipment. If your order hasn't shown up within 55 days of your shipping confirmation, drop us an email at leadleds@untsmart.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it.

↩️ Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs both ways aren't refundable. Custom orders, software, apps, and spare parts aren't eligible for returns.

If something arrives damaged, email us at leadleds@untsmart.com with your order number and some photos — we'll take care of it.
