About Order
Q: "Can I change the shipping address for my order?"
Within 2 hours after you placed the order and your order has not yet arranged, we're happy to change the shipping address for you order. Please email us with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please be aware that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Q: "Can I change the billing address for my order?"
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Q: "Can I change the email address to my order?"
Yes! Please email us with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.
Q: "Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?"
No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

Regretfully, no. You are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. All sales are final. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: "How can I pay for my order?"
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, and Apple Pay. Contact us for manual send information about Western Union, MoneyGram, and Bank wire transfers.

Custom-made Order
Q: "How can I get a custom-made order?"
When you contact leadleds, we'll ask you some information about your custom-made order for leadleds send the best solution to you.
Q: "Will I receive a digital design before produce the custom-made order?"
Yes, you will. Leadleds team will make the digital design according to our communication details. Your order will start to produce when receive your confirmation.
Q: "How long the process time of the custom-made order?"
Usually the process lead time is 15 ~ 18 days depending on the technique or order quantity
When Leadleds receives your custom-made order, leadleds will contact you and communicate the details, according to our two parties' conversation, leadleds will send the solution and make the digital design for your confirmation. The order process lead time starts from leadleds receive your confirmation about the digital design and related information.
Q: "Can I cancellation the custom made order?"
For Led sign and customized orders, you are able to cancel or change the orders within 12 hours, after 12 hours, your order can't cancel.
About the customized orders, leadleds will communicate with you about the details, we hope you know this order is special and only for you, if you want to cancel, the order cancellation fee is charge of 50% of the original purchase price will be applied.
Once your cancellation request is approved, we'll refund the payment to you, and the bank or PayPal handle fee can't be refunded since it was charged by the bank or PayPal.
Q: “Does the theme support variant image?”

Q: “Does the package security?”
The LED signs use good shockproof materials for packaging, plus the thickened corrugated cardboard box, or wooden case, or flight case, you can receive your order in good condition.
Q: “How can I get free shipping for regular orders?”
For small items such as some of led bulbs, led lights, we offer free shipping. If big items, free shipping is available if you order qualify quantity, please refer the checkout page.
Q: “When will my order be shipped?”
Typically, within 1 ~ 3 business days can be shipped. Some customized items take a bit long within 5 ~ 7 business days can be shipped, for giant led screens, please refer to page notes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Q: “Is it possible for my order to be delivered to a PO Box?”
Sure, Indeed, we deliver to PO boxes. If by express delivery, delivery PO boxes are not available.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, we do. Insert your full address at checkout and shipping rates will be applied to your order, the total amount includes product and shipping, the payment for the order does not include Tariffs/Duties. Any applicable customs fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
The following countries or regions don't provide service. Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, as well as the Federated States of Micronesia (Kosre, Bonape, Yap, Truk).
Q: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
We offer post-delivery, express, air, or by sea.
By post delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks, many times even less. For remote places, the shipping time will be longer, you can track the shipment on the courier official site.
For giant led billboards, the default delivery is by express service 3-10 days delivery, the exact delivery date according to tracking information of the express company.

Q: “What shipping carriers do you use?”
For smaller parcels we use postal service or express delivery depends on which shipping way you choose. For larger packages will ship by express or or by air by sea.

Q: “How can I track my order?”
Once we fulfilled your order, you will receive an email or phone text notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order immediately.
Q: “Will my order ship separately?”
Typically it's not, but for some products like the LED with battery or irregular shaped packages, the order will be have more that 1 package or shipping separately.
Q: “Do I need to assist customs clearance?”
For most items, you don't need to assist customs clearance. But for qualified orders, the carrier will contact you when it's necessary.
Q: "What if I received an item damaged?"
When you shop on Leadleds, your order will be got complete inspection and in good condition, it packs security before shipping. Once shipped your order, you'll receive a tracking number immediately. When the package was delivered to your order-indicated address, if you find the product was damaged, or shortage of consigned goods, or incorrect delivery, please send a mail to us immediately, please including the product photos and package photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After 7 calendar days since the delivery of the consigned goods, this kind of report will be not accepted.

Yes, we do, some qualified products have protocols that for docking to your system.
Q: “What's the communication way of the LED sign?”
The LED sign can communication by USB/RS232/RS485/Remote Controller/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/LAN/3G/4G/5G/Cloud and etc, for which one apply to your LED sign, please refer the product page.
Q: “Are the Apps green, Can I download the Apps from Google Player or App Store?”
Yes, the Apps or software are green, you can download them from Google Play or App Store
Q: “Do the Apps compatible my phone?”
Yes, the Apps compatible Android phones, iOS phones, tablets and etc.
Q: "Do you offer technical support? how can I connect with your technical support?”
Yes, we have. We offer lifetime technical support. Professional team can connect you by phone or video calling or remote debugging.
Product Warranty
What's the product warranty?
Leadleds products warranties vary by products. Please refer to the products specification details to determine the warranty of products you are interested in, or consult with a sales representative. Warranties may be voided for product misuse or other factors deemed to be unnatural use of the product. If you purchased a Leadleds product from a retailer, please refer to the retailer's guarantee and return policy.

Before you make the purchase, please make sure your LED sign is bought from leadleds.
