Shipping Policy

What are my shipping options?

For small items, we offer post-delivery or express delivery, for big items or bulk orders, you can communicate with us if available by air or by sea.

How are my shipping costs calculated?

We estimate all of our shipping charges by weight, volume, destination address and shipping methods, actual shipping charges may apply, you can check the shipping costs at the checkout page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

By post delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks, many times even less. For remote places, the shipping time will be longer, you can track the shipment on the carrier's official site. For giant LED billboards, the default delivery is by express service 3-10 days delivery, the exact delivery date according to tracking information of the express company.

When will my order be shipped?

Typically, within 1 ~ 3 business days can be ready for ship. Some customized items take a bit longer within 5 ~ 7 business days can be shipped, for giant LED screens, please refer to product page notes.

Does the package security?

The LED signs use good shockproof materials for packaging, plus the thickened corrugated cardboard box or wooden case, or flight case, you can receive your order in good condition.

How can I get free shipping for regular orders?

For small items such as LED bulbs and LED lights, we offer free shipping. If big items, free shipping is available if you order qualify quantity, please refer to the checkout page.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be automatically fulfilled by Leadleds where in China with trackable shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Fill in your full address at checkout page and shipping rates will be applied to your order, the total amount includes product and shipping.

By Postal Service: 7 ~ 45 days

By Express Delivery: 3 ~ 10 days

By Air Delivery: 10 ~ 15 days

By Sea Delivery: 35 ~ 55 days

The website lists for postal service and express delivery, for big LED screens or bulk orders, you can communicate with us if available by air or by sea.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes(including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leadleds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

The below countries or regions don't provide service.

Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, as well as the Federated States of Micronesia (Kosre, Bonape, Yap, Truk).

What shipping carriers do you use?

For smaller parcels, we use postal service or express delivery depending on which shipping way you choose. For larger packages will ship by express or or by air by sea.

The cooperative transportation companies are USPS, La Poste, Bpost, Singapore Post, Russian Post, etc

FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, SF Express, etc

MSK, COSCO, EMC, APL, HMM, etc.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 55 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, if your orders ship by postal service, it can be delivered to P.O. box, if by express delivery, it doesn't ship to P.O. boxes.

Will my order ship separately?

Typically it's not, but for some products like the LED with battery or irregularly shaped packages, the order will have more than 1 package or shipping separately.

Do I need to assist with customs clearance?

For most items, you don't need to assist with customs clearance. But for qualified orders, the carrier will contact you when it's necessary.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please check the return and refund policy.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we'll refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost and re-stocking fee.

Custom made order, software, apps and spare parts don't accept return, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at leadleds@untsmart.com with your order number and photos of the items' condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
