About Order
Q: "Can I change the shipping address for my order?"
You may update your shipping address within 4 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed. To request a change, please email us with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
Please note: we are unable to switch a shipping address between a domestic US address and an international address (in either direction). Address changes may also be limited during high-volume periods such as product launches and promotions.
Q: "Can I change the billing address for my order?"
We totally understand how important it is to have everything just right on your order! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes to the billing address. But here's the good news — your order is confirmed and on its way! As long as your shipping address is correct, your package will reach you without any issues. Q: "Can I change the email address to my order?"

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

Regretfully, no. You are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. All sales are final. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: "Will I receive a digital design before produce the custom-made order?"
Yes, absolutely! After placing your custom order, our design team will create a digital design based on the details we've discussed with you. You'll have the chance to review it and request any changes before we move forward. Production will only begin once you've approved the design — we want to make sure everything is perfect for you!
Q: "How long the process time of the custom-made order?"
Great question!🕐 Here's how our custom order process works:
Once we receive your order, our team will reach out again to confirm all the details with you. We'll then prepare a tailored solution and a digital design proof for your review and approval.
Please note that the 15–18 business day production lead time begins only after you've approved the digital design — so there's no rush on your end to get everything just right!
The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design or order quantity. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Q: "Can I cancellation the custom made order?"
We completely understand that plans may change! Here's what you need to know about cancellations:
⏰ You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, unfortunately we're unable to make any changes.
🎨 Because every custom order is uniquely crafted just for you, special conditions apply:
- Cancellations requested after production has begun will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the original purchase price.
- We'll always communicate with you throughout the process to make sure everything is perfect before we proceed!
💳 Refunds: Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed timely. Please note that payment processing fees charged by your bank or PayPal are non-refundable, as these are outside of our control.

About Shipping
Q: “Does the package security?”
The LED signs use good shockproof materials for packaging, plus the thickened corrugated cardboard box, wooden case, or flight case, so you can receive your order in good condition.
Q: “How can I get free shipping for regular orders?”
Great news — we offer free shipping on many of our products!
🔹 Small items (such as mini LED signs and wearable LED signs): Always ship FREE, no minimum required!
🔹 Larger items: Free shipping is available when your order meets the qualifying quantity. Check the checkout page to see if your order qualifies.

Q: “When will my order be shipped?”
We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! Here's a general timeline:

🎨 Customized Items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days, as we take extra care to ensure your custom order is perfect

Q: “Is it possible for my order to be delivered to a PO Box?”
Sure, indeed, we deliver to PO boxes. If by express delivery, delivery to PO boxes is not available.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, we ship internationally! Simply enter your full address at checkout and the applicable shipping rate will be calculated automatically.

- The order total includes the product price and shipping fee
- Tariffs, duties, and customs fees are not included in the order total — any applicable charges will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery
🚫 Unfortunately, we're currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia (Kosrae, Pohnpei, Yap, Chuuk).

Q: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
We offer post-delivery, express, air, or by sea.
By post delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks, many times even less. For remote places, the shipping time will be longer, you can track the shipment on the courier official site.
For giant LED billboards, the default delivery is by express service 3-10 days delivery, the exact delivery date according to tracking information of the express company.
If you like by sea to transportation, you can communicate with us before you place the order.

Good news — for most orders, customs clearance is handled automatically, and you won't need to do a thing!
For certain orders that require additional documentation or verification, the carrier will reach out to you directly with instructions. If this happens, don't worry — it's a routine process, and our team is always here to guide you through it if needed.
Q: "What if I received an item damaged?"
Your satisfaction is our top priority! Every order goes through a thorough quality inspection and is carefully packed before shipping to ensure it arrives in good condition.
