AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of the first days that I got this product I was programming it and I messed some setting up. However, as soon as I emailed them they got back to me. Sadly, these back and forth emails continued for some time BUT THE TEAM WAS RESPONSIVE THE ENTIRE TIME. They would respond very quickly and eventually solved my program. I have never seen better and the sign is just awesome.
