What are my shipping options?
For small items, we offer post-delivery or express delivery. For big items or bulk orders, you can communicate with us if available by air or by sea.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
We estimate all shipping charges based on weight, volume, destination address, and shipping method. Actual shipping charges may apply — you can check the shipping costs at the checkout page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
By post, delivery time is within 1–2 weeks, and often less. For remote areas, shipping time may be longer. You can track your shipment on the carrier's official site. For giant LED billboards, the default delivery is by express service (3–10 days). The exact delivery date can be confirmed via the express company's tracking information.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically, orders are ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Some customized items may take 5–7 business days. For giant LED screens, please refer to the product page notes.
Is the package secure?
LED signs are packaged with high-quality shockproof materials, plus thickened corrugated cardboard boxes, wooden cases, or flight cases — ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition.
How can I get free shipping for regular orders?
For small items such as mini LED signs or wearable LED devices, we offer free shipping. For larger items, free shipping may be available if your order meets the qualifying quantity — please refer to the checkout page.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen with trackable shipping. When local stock is available in our US, Japan, UK or EU warehouses, your order ships locally — meaning faster delivery to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Simply fill in your full address at checkout and shipping rates will be applied to your order. Please note that the total amount includes product and shipping costs only — tariffs, duties, and any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery times:
- By Postal Service: 7–20 days
- By Express Delivery: 3–10 days
- By Air Delivery: 10–15 days
- By Railway Delivery: 25-45 days
- By Sea Delivery: 25–45 days
The website lists postal service or express delivery options. For large LED screens or bulk orders, please contact us to discuss air or sea freight availability.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leadleds is not responsible for these charges.
The following countries or regions are not currently serviceable: Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia (Kosrae, Pohnpei, Yap, Chuuk).
What shipping carriers do you use?
For smaller parcels, we use postal service or express delivery depending on your chosen shipping method. Larger packages ship by express, air, or sea.
Our partner carriers include:
- Postal: USPS, La Poste, Bpost, Singapore Post, Russian Post, etc.
- Express: FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, SF Express, etc.
- Sea Freight: MSC, COSCO, EMC, APL, HMM, etc.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If shipping by express, and you haven't received your order within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes — orders shipped by postal service can be delivered to P.O. boxes. However, express delivery does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Will my order ship separately?
Typically no, but some products (such as LED items with batteries or irregularly shaped packages) may ship in more than one package.
Do I need to assist with customs clearance?
For most items, no assistance is needed. However, for qualifying orders, the carrier will contact you when necessary.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Please note: Custom-made orders, software, apps, and spare parts are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at leadleds@untsmart.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
