A: Generally, for small orders of 1-5 sets, it will take 12 to 18 business days after receiving your order. For batch orders, the production time depends on the order quantity.
Q2. How to ship the order?
A: For small orders like 1-5 sets, we use FedEx/DHL/UPS, and the express takes 5~10 business days to your doorsteps.
For batch orders, we ship the orders by marine or by air depending on your demand.
Q3. How to ensure delivery safety?
A: The LED display will be packed with shockproof packaging material, with a wooden case for 360-degree protection.
Q4: How can you ensure your LED display product quality?
A: Leadleds Opto-electronics has been enrolled in the led display industry for over 15 years, and professional R&D team and skilled QC team with a standard process to assure quality products.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
How can I get free shipping?
For small items such as some of led bulbs, led lights, we offer free shipping. If big items, free shipping is available if you order qualify quantity, please refer the checkout page.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically, within 1 ~3 business days can be shipped. Some customized items take a bit long within 5~7 business days can be shipped, for giant led screens, please refer to page notes.
Where will my order ship from?
Some small items available multiple warehouses in US, EU or UK linkage fulfilled your orders ensure delivery fast! If there is no stock or custom-made order, the item will be shipped from the leadleds CN warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Insert your full address at checkout and shipping rates will be applied to your order, the total amount includes product and shipping.
The following countries or regions don't provide service.
Bhutan, Cook Islands, East Timor, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, as well as the Federated States of Micronesia (Kosre, Bonape, Yap, Truk).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer post delivery, express, air or by sea.
By post delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks, many times even less. For remote places, the shipping time will be longer, you can track the shipment on the courier official site.
For giant led billboards, the default delivery is by express service 3~10 days delivery, the exact delivery date according to tracking information of express company.
If you like by sea to transportation, you can communicate with us before you place the order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For smaller parcels we use postal service or express delivery depends on which shipping way you choose. For larger packages will ship by express or by sea.

How can I track my order?
