How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, or refer to the product page order handle time. Delivery typically takes 3–15 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it still doesn't work after 48 hours, please contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You may update your shipping address within 4 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed. To request a change, please email us with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
Please note: we are unable to switch a shipping address between a domestic US address and an international address (in either direction). Address changes may also be limited during high-volume periods such as product launches and promotions.
What if my package is damaged upon arrival?
Take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will make things right.
What if my package is lost or missing?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please check with your local carrier office first. If it's confirmed lost, contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com within 20 days of the shipping date — we'll take care of it for you.
