Programming is simple with our free mobile app (available for iOS and Android). After connecting to your display via WiFi, you can create messages, choose colors, select animation effects, adjust speed, and schedule when messages should display. The app includes tutorials to help you get started.
If communicated by 4G Cloud, you can manage your messages even from the LED sign miles away.
Leadleds LED display supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and more. The character set includes special characters and symbols for most major languages.Ā
This model is designed for indoor or semi-outdoor use (under eaves or covered areas). It has life-level waterproofing but is not rated for direct exposure to rain or harsh weather conditions. For fully outdoor use, we recommend Leadleds Outdoor series, which has higher waterproof ratings.
Each package includes: 1 LED display board, 1 power adapter (5V/2A), mounting brackets and hardware, and a quick start guide. The mobile app is available for free download from the App Store or Google Play.

Where will my order ship from?
Some small items available in multiple warehouses in the US, EU, or UK linkage fulfilled your orders, ensuring delivery fast! If there is no stock or custom-made order, the item will be shipped from the leadleds CN warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer post delivery, express, air, or by sea.
By post delivery time is within 1 to 2 weeks, many times even less. For remote places, the shipping time will be longer; you can track the shipment on the courier's official site.
For giant LED billboards, the default delivery is by express serviceĀ a 3~10-day delivery; the exact delivery date is determined according to tracking information of the express company.
If you prefer sea transportation, you can communicate with us before you place the order.
