We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
After 30 days, we’ll repair the product as long as it’s within the terms and conditions of our warranty.

The following reasons are not covered by our return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
1. Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your leadleds product.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com. Once we receive your request, we'll check and reply in time.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping slip, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), software, apps, and spare parts. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, and a 7% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leadleds@untsmart.com. We’ll reply to you within 1 business day.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We hope you check the page description before placing the order, especially the size, function, order process time, etc. Our team sincerely treats every order, and we hope you sincerely treat your order too.
About the custom-made orders, leadleds will communicate with you about the details. We hope you know this order is special and only for you.
For LED signs and custom-made orders, you can cancel or change the orders within 12 hours after placing the order; if the order exceeds 12 hours, your order can't be canceled.
If you want to cancel, the order cancellation fee is charged 50% of the original purchase price will be applied.
Once your cancellation request is approved, we'll refund the payment to you within 5 business days, and a 7% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
